    Tony's biggest asset was invisible.

    471 five-star Google reviews and zero of them on the website. Competitors displayed reviews prominently. Every visitor left without seeing what set Tony apart.

    Reviews are now front and center on the homepage, every service page, and contact — impossible to miss before a visitor calls.

    Google had no reason to trust the site.

    Domain Authority of 20 while competitors sat at 35–50. No schema markup, no structured data, a blog untouched since July 2024. Over 4,000 monthly searches landing elsewhere.

    Full SEO architecture — schema, GBP optimization, 13 location pages with unique content, and a content strategy built to rank and be read by AI search.

    The first impression said nothing about Tony.

    20 years in business, a BBB A+ rating, factory-direct pricing — none of it visible above the fold. A generic GoDaddy template that could have belonged to anyone.

    Inspector Reno as the brand mascot. Tony's story, credentials, and pricing advantage live on the hero — the first thing every visitor sees.

    No proof of the work, no reason to stay.

    No project gallery. 20 years of real Columbus installs lived only in Tony's camera roll. Visitors had nothing to browse, nothing to imagine themselves in.

    Before-and-after gallery organized by flooring type and room. Homeowners browse real installs before they ever pick up the phone.

    High-intent leads were bouncing on the form.

    Quote request buried three clicks deep with 12 fields. People ready to hire were dropping off before they ever submitted. The funnel was leaking at the bottom.

    A 3-field form above the fold on every page. No friction, no drop-off. Inquiry volume tripled in the first quarter after launch.
